The goal of this first phase is increasing strength and muscle mass.

EXERCISES

Basic or multi-joint exercises.

DIET

Hypercaloric without giving much importance to the controlled water retention and moderate gaining of body fat.

AEROBICS

Only warm-up exercises and cardiovascular conditioning for the non-training days.

SUPPLEMENTS

Those which are destined for the increasing strength and muscle mass and recovery between series and workouts.
