Ripped Extreme


The goal of this phase is muscle strengthening for its maximum cutting and extreme reduction of fat percentage and subcutaneous water.


Basic or multi-joint exercises combined with high-repetition analytical exercises.


Hypocaloric and strict hypoglucidic diet. It is characterized by muscle dry and definition without reducing of the gained muscle mass in the previous phases.


Daily exercises with two aerobic workouts in the alternate days. It´s preferably to do one of two workouts on an empty stomach in the morning after getting up and other before going to bed.


Those which are destined to maintain gained muscle mass, reduce as much as possible fat percentage and subcutaneous water.
